Man this is FUN!!
Wow the weather has been so nice lately. Been making a few matches and getting in some good practice. Got the home range really nicely set up. Fresh paint, a few new steels, and targets out to 950.

Really looking forward to the Quigley Match!Tongue I have a new Shiloh 45-90 coming and hopefully it will be delivered at the Q...not in time for the match but it will still be nice to join the ranks of the elite that own a genuine Shiloh!. So the Old Frankin-Soli will have to do for this year.

Been doing my daily practice and boy the old sharps with a new fast-twist John King barrel, BACO money bullet and 2f Olde E is really starting to look promising.

Wow does that fast twist send that Money straight! It put 4 shots that you could cover with your hand at the Billings 700yrd buffalo, shot a AAA shilouette in Missoula and I managed a 290 midrange score with it in Butte... during a snow storm. Then fell on my face at the Butte Shilouette..lol (but it was still fun!)....If I could just stop flinching I may actually hit a chicken this yearBig Grin

Was shooting yesterday with a 25mph+ wind and only had in 1 1/2 min windage at 350yrds with the Money..was hoping to save my expensive 16:1 alloy so I loaded some of my 400gr bullets to try and added 7 1/2min of wind and was still off in the field way right of the targetRolleyesRolleyes Guess I'll not get in much practice with the lighter bulletsBig Grin
