Kurt there was a blurp in the competitors handbook last year that mentioned there needed to be an acceptable (might not be the right word but close) number of competitors in a class for awards to be handed out. This years handbook that came with the entry card specifically stated there had to be 5 in a class for awards to be handed out.
As I said in the other thread, yes there were some things last year that didn't quite seem right, but hey that was last year, this is this year, and I'm all in for trying to keep these matches going forward. I have also said many times in many places , I experienced nothing but good throughout the whole thing last year, and do recommend that anyone that has not shot that match at the Whittingto do so, because it's 6 long days of intense shooting, where there's no time for the wider woman gossip sessions behind the lines, as in some other venues. Each team is on the line or in the pits all day long, and the little get togethers afterward are a great place to get to talk to the best in the business.
