congratulations Cody
For those that might not of been following the bpcr sillouette nationals last week. Wyoming's own Cody Smith won the iron sight 22 bpcr national title, and then came back in mid week to shoot the irons sight bpcr match and finished up in 3rd place. (coincidently he took that 3rd place title on Wyomings 125 th year of state hood)
No small feat. Big ol tip o the hat and a Wyoming yahoo to a job well done.

RE: congratulations Cody
Thank you Don! I couldn't have done it without the help of a whole lot of people. My wife, my folks, and a long list of shooters including Don have all generously given advice, molds, powder, bullets, as well as covered for my work while I was gone. It has been rewarding setting a goal and working it towards it. Hopefully we can continue to encourage other people to get involved as this sport is about as much fun as a man can have, clothes or not! My third place finish made for a little fuel to build a fire to win next year. I know what I need to work on, so watch out!
Thanks again for the congratulations and all of the help!

Monthly matches at Smithmoor are the third Saturday of each month. Come out and shoot!

I can't make this coming match, but should be clear to go in August.

60 rounds a day for score, not counting sighters, for two days..
No small feat, and to pull that 3rd place finish out from under the number of past national champions, using a spotter he'ld never shot with before..
This wasn't no gong match folks.
