MA LAW MAKER
Well, our Atty.General in MA has decided, probably after a fight with her husband, that she needed to 'clarify' the gun laws in the state.
'clarify'. yeah...she said ALL semi auto 'assault' type guns are banned now. 'clarify'....no word to the legislature, governor, guy who cuts the grass at the statehouse....NADA.... just held a press conference and made it law...
Mind you. no problems have happened out here that didn't involve a pressure cooker!...remember the bombing? This is a solution looking for a problem..Or a pol. looking for some press time so she can run for governor.....They already outlawed SINGLE ACTION REVOLVERS. We can't buy a Colt SAA, or the like out here...again. MA has never had a problem with SAA involved in a crime..
me? I'm moving to FL next year. They can have all the nuts out here.

and you thought California was bad!.....Ken

RE: MA LAW MAKER
I have read some horror stories about passing through with firearms in MA that they need to be locked up in the trunk of your car. One article I saw was a guy got pulled over from out of state in a SUV with cased rifles and was arrested for not having them locked up in the trunk.
This assault weapon language is crazy. A slingshot can be called an assault weapon if you use it. It don't have to shoot a bullet to be used for a assault weapon.
Retired State Police can carry concealed in every State but get throne in jail in Mass. if they carry passing through and get stopped.
You will see more of this if the election goes liberal.
The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
