Wyoming Sight Drifter
I've been rather remiss in not thanking Mr. Steve Anderson for his generous donations of his Wyoming Sight Drifter tools to the Wyoming state BPCRS match last week.
Steve your generosity is outstanding, and the addition of another of your tools to my gear bags is most appreciated.

Thank you Don, was glad to do it. Just wish I could have been there to shoot!

What does this drifter look like and how does it work?
Does it have a scale on it for a reference on how much to move it?

They are handy tools to keep around, they even work great for sliding the plate on a 74 breechblock to change the firing pin.
I have 4 of them now, bought 3 and won one last week.

Don I'm looking for one like the tool for the 1911 Brownell sells but with a thousands scale or a dial indicator so I know how much I'm moving it so I don't drive it one way and again back the other Smile

Perfect genius in the creation of this tool. It fits any dovetailed sight and moves it easily with no maring of the finish. I retired my 2 pound ball peen when I got mine from Steve,

If I understand correctly, I saw a tool like that in the Natchez catalogue. It was just south of $700. Mine is a little south of that yet.
