" .... or smoke inhalation."

I like that one. I do have a few original BP loads around here somewhere!
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it!

I bought Mary a Taurus 9mm. It has a decocker. Small enough for her purse, big enough not to hurt when she shoots. Mary is only 5'3" and fine boned. IIRC it is a 24/7. Since she goes by "Mary Kay", I thought pink was appropriate. They did have them in black.

This stock (meaning from the company) picture of the gun has the longer of the 2 mags it shipped with. The other fits flush to the butt.

Modern 9mm defensive hollowpoints don't play 2nd fiddle to the 40 or 45. While some women need to be shown the "trick" of pushing a semi "away" from the body to cock it, instead of pulling the slide, I think a 9mm is the minimum I would do. They even have double action only 9's

Some of the Kahr 9mm's would be appropriate also.

RE: Handgun debate...
A woman in Ga. defended herself and her kids against a intruder just last week .hit him with 5/6 shots out of a 38 revolver while on the cell phone with her hubby, who was telling her what to do on the other end. With the cops 911 listening and recording the whole deal. But she didn't kill the perp. NOW there will be 2 sides to the story and jury will be half idiots who like the Obamanites don't think you have the right to protect yourself or use lethal force. When the LEO or cops decide to shoot someone they don't shoot the gun outta the bad guys hand like Roy Rogers, they dump the whole mag into the perp and maybe another one so ONLY their story will be heard. The guy should have taught his wife that and he needs to watch the Good, Bad and the Ugly again especially the part where ol' Tuco says says "When you need to shoot ,shoot don't talk." That guy was coaching his wife, while 911 was hearing it all. Will wish he died before johnny law and the courts get done with him criminally and the resulting civil suit. The 1st shot is the expensive one, the rest are free and Rick said it " I was afraid for my life" is all the LEO's need to hear . bobw

So I keep my 4 5/8" Ruger .45LC loaded with 250 gr. factory loads, 'nuff said!

Do you have a link to that law?
Never of such a law before.....

Lump, it's Missouri... It's legal to pass a slower vehicle on the right , even if you have to leave the road surface, so long as you flash your lights and honk your horn first..
