Baker&Forsyth
Brian/Brian

I just looked at the long range forecast for Baker and Forsyth looks like a lot of moisture and Forsyth has a flood warning out. Is it a go? I don't mind getting wet or the rifles we have been wet before shooting in the rain. I just don't like driving the better part of 2-1/2 days getting there and having it called off.

Kurt,

Are you looking for trouble? And who the h#ll is the Grand Advisory Committee? Asking a question like that could get you a phone call from Dave or Buz or worse still Sweet Mary. We don't need no stinken rumors goin' 'round. I was standing about 6' from Buz the last time he said those words and I wished he'd have waited a bit then but we're still two weeks out so we don't want to be premature on this. The weather man might have been wrong a time or two before. But based on the weather forecast when we get to Baker we're going to have to send out the truck to do a recce and see if the Bus (or Beast as Brian calls it) can make it all the way to the top of the hill.

We had our 800, 900, 1000 shoot today, was dry and about 85, thunderstorms around but we have two weeks before the quigley so who knows. Stop the rummers or sweet Mary says you wont get any cookies. Tongue

If I didn't have to make the graduation tomorrow I would have been up there for that shoot.
