RE: Small rifle primer adapters
Brian, thank you for the link.
You may want to try a coffee filter wad at the bottom of the case.
Both of my Shiloh's seem to like that, and the crono sez the ES is lower also. I too use Br2's
Where are you testing? At the "Q" range??
Gary
Hav'n you along, is like losing two good men.....

Semtav, have you tried using two inserts in your front sight? I use this trick sometimes with my Lee Shaver front sights. I don't remember where I heard this trick, but it can work well.
Chris.

Chris.
Hey, I never thought of that, I'll put the next bigger in and give it a try.
I went out and checked the thicker one and it did work better, but I think I better schedule that eye appointment that was due a couple months ago. seems I'm having a little trouble getting the front sight to focus without straining a little.
Thanks for the tip
Brian

RE: Small rifle primer adapters
Brian, I've had the same problem w/ glare using white paper targets w/ full sun shining on them. I started making targets from tan wrapping paper, and spray paint whatever size and color of bull on it that I want. No glare and the spray painted works sorta like shoot n' see targets; much easier to see bullet holes and center up a front aperture on the bullseye.
Regards
IR
