Tried some 1:25 tin lead but the leading was the same. Now that the leading has been solved by not using a dry patch, I'll try some different breech seating dephs to improve on my group size, then I'll try some 1:25 and 1:20 alloys.

Vlad maybe jump right into the Lyman #2 alloy, or at least go to a 16-1 .

Hi Don

The weather was terrible last Saturday, so the proposed experimentation for the day was cancelled. Our place looked like January in Montana , instead of snow the ground was white with hail stones. Hopefully we will see some decent weather next weekend.
I'll keep you informed on my progress.
