The block spacing is the same for each scope length, no matter the barrel lenght. The 23 in scope uses 10 1/4 , the 28 uses 17 in.. etc.
That 7 mil dot recticle is a good one.
The 23 inch scope works pretty good on barrels as long as 32 inches, and I believe Kenny Wasserburger uses that 23 inch on his 34 inch barreled guns.
