First impression is I'm not exceptionally thrilled with the ergonomics of this unit. I think with time I can get used to it. It's a bit chilly here today to do much with it, but it seems that the built in PID and my plain ol lead thermometer don't agree. Maybe with a bit more warm up time and a little better ambient temp than 32 they may come closer, but right now it takes about 15 degree's more on the PID to get to the temp I like to cast according to the thermometer.
Will have to see what happens when this global warming subsides a bit.
