Does BH need to fill the case to the base of the bullet, as with other BP? If not, is a filler used to take up the open space?

Local store has a lb. of it, i'm just askin'.

Jim I visited with one of the fellers in Miles City for bit this afternoon.
He said to keep the bullet on the powder, and if you didn't want to use that much powder use a filler, ie dacron, puflon , cornmeal etc...
