Yes they are a tight fitting primer. I got two sleeves (12,000) when they first showed up on the market because they where so inexpensive less than a penny a piece. I use them mostly in the .40-70 because the 15 year old rem 30-40 brass are getting loose primer pockets but they are good primers I just don't use them in my brass that still have tight primer pockets.

The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
