New portable loading table
Wanted to share something I had a friend help me out with.

It is made with 2" angle the legs are bolted on, the top is 1x6's with a 1/2' ply cover. It measures 18x18 for the top and stands 34". I currently have both my Lee O ring press and the Ole Rock Chucker mounted to it with room in the top for a beam scale and components. the whole thing breaks down in around 10 minutes and ready to head to the range for load develpoment.

Looks like it should sure be stable enough to load with.

interesting to see how different people deal with droptubes.
I do my loading seated, and the cartridge case is at ground level so I can pour while in the chair.
for a portable outfit, you probably have to stand, so high droptube is better.
keep safe,
bruce.

RE: New portable loading table
Don I thougt I would need to add a sand bag down low to help with the CG but this thing with the presses and everthing else mounted it is solid as a rock. I loaded 100 303 British on it this week and 40 of 45-70 using the Rock Chucker and a compression die it never wiggled once.

Bruce I do all my work with the presses seated and stand when it is time to poor charges. Works out for me as I find that my back will only tolerate sitting or standing for so long so it keeps me moving.

So far I think its a real good size for reloading in limited spaces and I can move it by my self when I need to rearange the garage.
