RE: wiping rod
I got mine at Arizona Sharpshooters and tell Steve to drill and tap it.

RE: wiping rod
Steve's delrin rods are the best for wiping. For a wiping/cleaning rod I prefer the Tipton carbon fiber rods, and if you can come up with one of the big heavy ones, they work great on 44 and 45 caliber rifles, but those are darn hard to find these days.

Jim I get mine here https://www.mscdirect.com/product/details/80166549 I like the black better then the white. The white get bent out of shape in time. You can get them in any diameter here. They also have the white.

RE: wiping rod
I sent SR an e-mail asking about the rods. He answered saying the rod of my choice would be drilled and tapped and mailed out early next week, invoice included.

Now, that's service. Ya don't hear that from me very often!

RE: wiping rod
The nice thing about his rods, the handle is threaded on to the rod so you can add a chamber guide if you want.
