RE: Can recoil damage the eye?
Kurt and all,

Old age ain't for sissies!

We've had our days on the range when everything worked well and we were successful on the steel.

I will be 87 on Friday, my memory of days gone by are sharp (s) but most everything related to shooting is slowly drifting away.

Take care guys, enjoy the times you still have.

Jim
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it!

RE: Can recoil damage the eye?
Well Happy Birthday Jim.

Big Grin Your right about old age ain't for sissies
I look at age as just a frame of mind. Your only as old as how you think you are Big Grin
But I'm starting to believe the mirror when I shave in the morning that I'm starting to look pretty old for just being 26 Big Grin

Jim I made a lot of parachute jumps, static lines and Halo Jumps out of Airplanes and HU-1-Bs and never got a scratch coming through trees and rugs landings. But just recently I cant even jump over the side of a boat 6' high with out breaking my foot and getting a compressor fracture of the lower back.
I'm beginning to believe that mirror on the wall. Big Grin
You have three years on me so stay well.

Kurt
The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
