Bob, they're basically the #2 q target shot from about where your tent was set up.

two of them are the Q stop sign like Don says, two are the same without the corners lopped off. Approx 48"

Yes they will have white bullseye, should be 20 inches = 2 moa, but the painters get a little wild at times so about 20-24.
