I do like the 5th wheel for extended stays, but the fishmobile is just the ticket for grabbing the boat and going fishing for a couple of days, or taking the 4 wheelers up to run the continental divide trails etc. And it also works great for when just going on a 1 day or 2 day match..

Gary having the jeeps engine rebuilt, new brakes , ujoints, and exhaust.. poor old bugger hadn't had much done to it since it left the showroom floor in 1960..

You can still do the same thing with your new rig. Next time I load the 4 wheeler up on top of the John boat to drag behind I will take a picture of it. Tongue The 4 wheeler will pull the 16 foot John boat just fine. Big Grin

RE: Hey Don!!!
My CJ-5 had a V6 Buick in it. If you pop the clutch in 2 wheel drive it would pick the front end up Smile
The Rubicon I have now is way over powered. It will break traction on wet pavement when you kick it in passing gear at 50 mph.

Don't have a john boat, but do have a little aluminum boat that's not much more than a square sterned canoe with a wide bottome..

RE: Hey Don!!!
This thing would be doin good to measure 3 ft wide.. matter of fact, I don't know if the 4 wheeler would ride on top of it.. Might have to load the boat on the 4wheeler trailer beside the wheeler to take them both.
