RE: Hey Don!!!
Good deal then.
How long have you had the Jeep?
The CJ-7 I brought to the "Q" I bought it new in March of 1985.
Still have it and still go'n strong with 121K+ miles on it.

RE: Hey Don!!!
My CJ-5 had a V6 Buick in it. If you pop the clutch in 2 wheel drive it would pick the front end up
The Rubicon I have now is way over powered. It will break traction on wet pavement when you kick it in passing gear at 50 mph.

I do like the 5th wheel for extended stays, but the fishmobile is just the ticket for grabbing the boat and going fishing for a couple of days, or taking the 4 wheelers up to run the continental divide trails etc. And it also works great for when just going on a 1 day or 2 day match..
Gary having the jeeps engine rebuilt, new brakes , ujoints, and exhaust.. poor old bugger hadn't had much done to it since it left the showroom floor in 1960..
You can still do the same thing with your new rig. Next time I load the 4 wheeler up on top of the John boat to drag behind I will take a picture of it. The 4 wheeler will pull the 16 foot John boat just fine.
Don't have a john boat, but do have a little aluminum boat that's not much more than a square sterned canoe with a wide bottome..
