I just got in 500 118gr bullets from magnus--they look beautiful and the bases are flat, not beveled. Haven't shot any yet.
Many reloaders recommend annealing Starline cases because the necks come from the factory too hard. Works for me with bigger calibres, but I found that when I heat the neck of my 32-20 case the brass often melts as it gets red. If the case looks OK I found that the thin 32-20 neck is so soft it often deforms when sized. No more annealing of 32-20 case necks for me.
